The popularity of Rugby Sevens tournaments is huge , giving fans a spectacle of fast paced , high intensity games. It differs from a traditional game of Rugby with only seven players making each team rather than the usual 15. Its played on a standard rugby field and made up of halves 7 mins long, The Tournaments to look out for are the IRB Sevens World Series, Rugby World Cup Sevens and the IRB Womens Sevens World Series.

Nations like Japan, USA provide fans with the Microsoft Cup, Top League and the Americas Rugby Championship.
